At Turtle Lake, inside the roundabout is an old school park, having a central sculpture that looks similar to a dead tree in the middle surrounded by a maze of h2o and fountains, and an awkwardly put flight of stairs.The underside floor on the tower is a small shopping center, using a handful of cafes, but there’s probably not A great deal else.Â
